Westchester's Most Exciting Restaurant

The restaurant with the racer's edge.

FUEL, the popular restaurant and bar at Grand Prix New York indoor racing in Mount Kisco, recently expanded its award-winning cuisine to include Buffalo Chicken Spring Rolls, beef and chicken Sliders, and Thin Crust Pizza made with fresh, local ingredients. The new selections join a diverse (and affordable) menu of American-style palate pleasers sure to satisfy kids and adults alike.

Not feeling the need for speed but craving a unique dining experience? FUEL is open to the public and doesn’t discriminate against non-racers, though be warned: you may not be able to resist the urge to put pedal to the metal on one of the state-of-the-art karting race tracks. The sleek restaurant and bar is located in the center of the excitement, flanked by high glass walls along one side to keep diners engaged in the racing action while chowing down on “Warm Ups” such as the Seared Tuna Spring Roll and a variety of entrées like oh-so-creamy Mac N’ Cheese, Seared Pork Chops, Roasted Chilean Sea Bass, or a classic burger. The menu items are delightfully unpretentious yet gourmet, while the impeccable presentation of each is a welcome preface to a fulfilling meal.

Grand Prix New York will begin construction this summer on a 19 lane, upscale bowling alley scheduled to open this fall, and will further expand their menu to cater to players. One late night guilty pleasure that’s sure to score in one of the five VIP lanes: the S’mores dessert.

And with a fully stocked bar and lounge, FUEL is the perfect place to unwind after a hard day at work…or the track. The bar at FUEL requires patrons to be at least 25 years old on Friday and Saturday evenings past 7pm to consume alcoholic beverages.

Whether it’s a family casually dining together after a few fun laps around the race tracks, a couple on their first date, or a group of young business professionals stopping in at the bar for happy hour, there’s a major fun factor to dining at FUEL. Gentleman – and ladies – start your engines!
