Still four years shy of legally being allowed to get behind the wheel of a race car, Tazio Torregiani of Stamford, Conn., hasn’t let age hold him back from his need for speed. For over six years the 12 year-old junior racing phenomena has been winning junior kart racing events nationwide. This season has been no exception for Tazio, who recently triumphed at the WKA Divisional New Jersey Spring Series in South New Jersey.
