The Sim Room, our newest Racertainment Option

Some of you have probably noticed the changes going on at Grand Prix New York.  One of them is the addition of our new simulator room.  It's located in our old arcade space, don't worry, the new arcade is coming.

So what exactly is The Sim Room at Grand Prix New York?

Ever dreamed of being a race car driver, driving the greatest tracks from around the World?  Circuit De Spa Francorchamps in Belgium, Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca in California or even the high banks of Daytona Motor Speedway.  The Sim Room allows you to test your racing skills on these tracks and more in one of over 25 race cars.  

We use the most advanced racing simulation software there is, iRacing.  This is no video game, you can’t just smash the throttle and go.  Our software is used by pro drivers use to sharpen their skills and practice for upcoming races.  Make no mistake, this is not easy, but with patience and control the rewards will come.

The Sim Room offers something for all drivers age 10 and up.  Come down and test a car on track, race against your friends or practice for an upcoming track day.  We offer expert coaching with top drivers who have excelled in both the real and simulated world.  If you are looking for even more of a challenge, we will host over 50 special race events that are all listed on our website at www.gpny.com.
